American Idol judge Kara DioGuardi tied the knot over the weekend to her longtime boyfriend Mike McCuddy, In Touch Weekly confirmed.
DioGuardi and McCuddy, a teacher turned general contractor, got engaged in December. The ceremony took place in Prospect Harbor, Maine, in front of about 30 guests, the mag reports. Kara, 38, wore a gown by Vera Wang.
“I feel great. What was most unbelievable about the experience was when I looked out at the church and saw all these people that were so important to me and Mike, who were there for us. It was pretty powerful. I was very emotional and I’m not somebody who breaks down and cries,” Kara told In Touch.
None of DioGuardi’s fellow Idol judges, including former roomie Paula Abdul, were there for Kara’s big day.

i think her 15 minutes of fame are almost up. does anyone really care that she got married?

Wow! None of the other judges were in attendance? Kind of shocking considering Paula was like a “BFF” to her on the show.

i have to agree with gnat87 this picture looks like they photoshopped the hell out of it.kinda looks too corny and cheesy like its a promo pic for a soap opera wedding,
