No CommentsSaturday Night Live star Amy Poehler will be lending her comedic talents to NBC’s spinoff of The Office.
“I can kind of confirm that I will be working in some capacity on that show,” she said Thursday. “I don’t really have any other details yet.”
The 36-year-old actress has been with Saturday Night Live since 2001 and is set to stay with the show through the fall.
“I’m very excited about all the good stuff that’s coming down the pike,” she said.
Poehler and husband Will Arnett, who were each recently nominated for an Emmy, are also expecting their first child in October.
