6 CommentsAn L.A. Superior Court judge Friday ordered Anne Heche to pay up a chunk of change plus monthly child support to her ex-husband, according to court documents first obtained by CelebTV.com.
The court decided Heche, who has a 6-year-old son with ex Coley Laffoon, must pay the ex-cameraman a lump sum of $275,000 in their divorce settlement, along with monthly child support payments of $3,700.
The Men in Trees Star will also have to foot the bill for 75% of the total cost of her son’s private school education, with Laffoon kicking in the rest. Heche had been paying the full amount.
Also, she and Laffoon were ordered to divvy up a Smith Barney retirement account.
The onetime girlfriend of Ellen DeGeneres’ went to court last month to plead that she was broke and could not afford the nearly $15,000 a month in child support she owed her ex.
The couple’s new settlement deal is effective July 1.

Anne should have thought about this happening b/4 she got n/2 a realtionship w somebody who didn’t have as much money as she does. These chicks in holloywood make it seem like getting married and following in love a sport. Nobody falls n love as much as these people do. In the real world this doesn’t happen.

anne heche should’ve thought about it before getting married, these days if you happen to be blessed with money you dont get married to nobody poor, you just live together, only marry rich or richer than you, and having children that’s very expensive, but if you must have them, then she should just fight to get custody of her children and that way no more payments for that broke ex-husband bastard who she married.

Take a good look at urself here Ann there’s a inicent child here.You should be ashame of urself!! If that would of been ur EX. doing this I’m sure u would be in court in a heart beat.I feel very bad for Coley & ur little boy. U sure do have alot of GHOST in ur closet!!!Can’t say much for you… I’ld be taking u to the cleaners the whole 9 yards and then some!!! YOU really make us good women look bad!!!

Instead of getting involved with a cohost, she should have paid more attention to her family especially since there was a child involved. I don’t feel sorry for her because this was her own doing.
