A heated custody battle between Sarah Palin’s daughter, Bristol, and her ex-fiancé Levi Johnston is going public.
Bristol Palin sued Levi Johnston for sole custody of their 1-year-old son, Tripp, in November, the AP reports.
In court documents, Palin claims Johnston has only exercised “sporadic visitation rights” with his son. She also blasts Johnston for what she calls his “risque” recent Playgirl spread and references to “weed” he once made on Twitter.
Palin and Johnston split in late December 2008, after Tripp was born.
