Britney Spears’ former boyfriend, Adnan Ghalib, has been charged with three felonies, including assault with a deadly weapon, the AP reports.
Ghalib, a paparazzo, struck a process server with his car on Jan. 30. The server was attempting to deliver papers to notify Ghalib that Britney Spears’ father, Jamie, as well as her attorneys, were seeking a restraining order.
A news release reported that the process server broke his wrist while hanging on to the hood of Ghalib’s car.
Ghalib, who has not yet been arrested, failed to show up to a hearing regarding the restraining order on Monday.
