Britney Spears has obtained restraining orders against former friend Sam Lutfi, and ex-boyfriend and paparazzo Adnan Ghalib, the AP reports.
Both Lutfi and Ghalib were considered major players during Spears’ infamous downward spiral; while Lutfi was managing Britney, he was accused of grinding pills into her food without her consent.
Court documents show that Lutfi, Ghalib and attorney Jon Eardley have been trying to gain control of Spears’ affairs. Britney’s father, Jamie, is currently her legal conservator.
The restraining order states: “On the first anniversary of the establishment of the conservatorship, the co-conservators are informed and believe that these three figures are working in concert to disrupt the conservatorship, with an utter disregard for Ms. Spears’ health and well being.”
According to the documents, Lutfi, Ghalib and Eardley are prohibited from having contact with Britney, her family, or her children.
Lutfi had allegedly been trying to contact Britney through her hairdresser, as well as sending “anonymous, harassing and threatening” emails to Jamie Spears.
The papers also allege that Britney still speaks to Ghalib, a paparazzo, telling him of her whereabouts “and that he then arranges paparazzi to meet and film her to his financial benefit.”
The next hearing is set for Feb. 23.
