A private memorial service is set to be held for actress Brittany Murphy on Christmas Eve.
After Monday’s autopsy report, Murphy’s body was released to Forest Lawn memorial park’s care, a coroner source has confirmed to the Daily News.
Bette Davis, John Ritter and Lucille Ball are also all buried at the Hollywood park.
The exact cause of the 32-year-old’s death will not be available for four to six weeks pending additional toxicology and tissue tests.
Sources tell People that a larger memorial service is to be expected sometime after the new year.
