Private Practice star Kate Walsh’s husband has filed for divorce after 15 months of marriage.

Alex Young, a movie executive, cites irreconcilable differences as the reason for splitting with the Grey’s Anatomy alum, ET reports.

Walsh and Young were married in September of 2007 after seven months of dating.

Court papers list their date of separation as Nov. 22–a day before Thanksgiving.

Mark Ruffalo’s brother Scott died Monday night from a gunshot wound to the head, according to TMZ.

Scott Ruffalo, 39, a hairdresser, was shot on Dec. 1 outside his Beverly Hills condo.

Suspects Shaha Mishaal Adham and Brian Burton Scofield turned themselves in to Beverly Hills Police Department Monday afternoon, after an arrest warrant was issued for their involvement in the shooting.

The Beverly Hills Police Department tells CelebTV.com:

“Adham was booked for a no-bail arrest warrant for attempted murder and Scofield was booked for a misdemeanor traffic warrant.”

A court date has tentatively been set for Wednesday, the AP reports.

Actor Mark Ruffalo’s brother is in critical condition after being shot in the head in Beverly Hills earlier this week.

Police are investigation the shooting of Scott Ruffalo, the actor’s hairdresser brother, sources tell ET.

Chicago police arrested the estranged brother-in-law of Jennifer Hudson Monday in the deaths of the Oscar winner’s mother, brother and nephew.

William Balfour, 27, was arrested at Stateville Correctional Center—where he was serving time for a separate parole violation—and released into police custody.

Early on in the investigation over the Oct. 24 shootings, police had referred to Balfour as a “person of interest” in the case but did not charge him for the triple homicide.

Balfour is estranged husband of Jennifer Hudson’s older sister, Julia Hudson, and was the stepfather of her slain 7-year-old nephew, Julian King.
