Kate Walsh left nothing to the imagination on the cover of  March’s Shape Magazine.

The Private Practice star proudly displayed her naked bod for the mag proving you can still look fit and fab at 44.

“Right now, I feel really healthy, confident, and sexy,” the actress explained. “I’m enjoying my 40s and wanted to share that. ”

And while other Hollywood stars turn to plastic surgery to get their great looks, Kate chooses to stay natural.

“We live in a strange time when getting plastic surgery is as common as dyeing your hair. But in my profession, I need a malleable face.”

Whatever Kate is doing, it’s working for her!

“Hey guys it’s KZ here at Target… no seriously.. I’m at Target!”

That was the joke last night at the Bulls-eye Bonanza event at a pop-up Target in downtown Chicago.

Basically, Target comes to an area that doesn’t have a store, puts up a mini-Target and invites a few celebs to join in.

Ed Westwick, Jessica Szohr (aka Chuck Bass and Vanessa from Gossip Girl) and Kate Walsh (Grey’s, Private Practice) were in the random mix of celebs there to do interviews.

Random as it was, I was SUPER pumped. I’ve interviewed Kate before, and she is very sweet and easy to talk with. And I am mildly obsessed with Gossip Girl.

Kate was the first celeb to arrive and she looked smoking hot. She had on a gold Stella McCartney skirt, a black jacket and patent black strappy heels. The thing that jumps out at me about Kate is her perfect, glowing skin. Flawless. She was super nice and told me she keeps in shape with a lot of Pilates and hiking.

Then Ed arrived. OMFG. I was a Chace Crawford fan until last night. Ed has this strong gaze and when he looks in your direction- you feel paralyzed! I’ve met lots of dreamy male celebs (Clooney, Patrick Dempsey, Paul Walker) but none have made me blush like Mr. Chuck Bass. Adding to his appeal? His British accent. I asked Ed to do his best impression of his roommate Chace… and hearing him switch from a British to an American accent is adorable!

Just as I was falling in love, his co-star and off-screen girlfriend, Jessica Szohr, walked up to do press. Wow. What a hot couple. My co-worker Jennifer’s jaw dropped! “Vanessa” is TINY and has these glowing green eyes. She admitted that while she stays slim by eating healthy during the week.. she does enjoy pizza and French fries and ranch dressing on the weekends.

These three awesome celebs made my night a breeze and reminded me how much fun “work” can be.

Kate Walsh might play über-confident surgeon Addison Montgomery on the Grey’s Anatomy spinoff Private Practice.

But in real life, the actress says she’s as self-assured as “a quivering wharf rat.”

The redhead–who split from husband Alex Young in December after 15 months of marriage–says dating in particular scares her to death.

“I second-guess myself all the time,” Walsh tells Redbook magazine in its March cover story. “I make a decision and then wonder if I made the wrong choice. Sometimes I come off as confident, but really I am a quivering little wharf rat underneath.”

Adds Walsh, 41, of her breakup: “I don’t think anyone gets married thinking that they will get divorced. Alex and I still care for each other, and I wish him nothing but the best.

“The silver lining to this, however, is that I have a wonderful family and a great group of friends who really showed their support and encouragement, and for that I am truly grateful.”

The TV doc also tells the mag that she’s a little clueless about dating with today’s technology–and confesses she used to scope out a guy by calling then hanging up when he answered.

“Remember when you could mildly stalk a guy?” Walsh says. “Not anymore, man. They can be at your front door in five minutes. There’s just no mystery now.”

According to a new report, Kate Walsh’s husband filed for divorce because he thought the Private Practice star was getting too close to her co-star David Sutcliffe!
