After failing two drug tests and violating the terms of her probation, Lindsay Lohan is ordered back to jail until Oct. 22nd with no bail set!

While Lindsay Lohan is battling the Los Angeles court system, sister Ali is busy getting some face time of her own.

16-year-old Ali has been appointed the new face of Linds’ 6126 brand spring/summer 2011 collection.

Taking a cue from the line’s inspiration, Marilyn Monroe,  the new ads show a mature-looking Ali rockin’ skimpy lace dresses and cleavage baring tops.

6126, “salutes modern women who understand that confidence can be bewitching and classic sophistication is always in vogue,” Lindsay has previously said of her brand.

After failing not one but two drug tests, Lindsay Lohan claims she is ready to face the consequences–and it looks like that may be jail!

Beverly Hills Superior Court Judge Elden Fox issued a bench warrant for Lohan on Monday, asking that she show in person at  court Friday. This is the fourth bench warrant issued in her DUI probation case.

Lohan tested positive for traces of cocaine and amphetamines and was previously warned by Judge Fox that failing her required drug tests would land her in jail for 30 days.

The 24-year-old actress admitted to her mistake Tweeting, “This was certainly a setback for me but I am taking responsibility for my actions.”

Lindsay confesses on Twitter that she took drugs and is later seen at AA meetings in Hollywood.

It could be another 30 days behind bars for Lindsay Lohan!

The actress has failed a court-ordered drug test in her criminal case, according to TMZ.

Linds reportedly failed the test last week. A source close to Lohan tells the site, “People with addiction problems don’t get better magically, and she’s really been making an effort to make herself better.”

D.A. spokesperson Sandi Gibbons tells TMZ her office has not been “officially notified” of the test and a follow up court date hasn’t been set.

Snooki tells Ellen DeGeneres that even though she was arrested, she’s no Lindsay Lohan wannabe.

Lindsay Lohan may still be in the midst of her rehab treatment, but the actress is doing anything she can to salvage her career.

Sunday night, Linds poked fun at her alcohol and drug abuse problems on the VMA’s, and she may be headed to the Saturday Night Live stage next.

A source tells New York Daily News that Lohan is in talks to host the Dec. 4 episode of SNL.

Providing Lohan doesn’t screw up her post-jail sentence (four psychotherapy sessions, two addiction counseling sessions and five 12-step meetings every week plus random drug testing twice a week,) she will be allowed to leave the state of California after Nov. 1.

Lohan previously hosted the comedy show in 2004 and again 2006.
