Tracy Morgan Engaged

30 Rock star Tracy Morgan and girlfriend, model Megan Wallover, made a big announcement on the red carpet at Sunday’s Emmy Awards–they’re engaged!

But it’s no news to to them. “We got engaged six months ago!” Morgan told Ryan Seacrest.

Morgan proposed to Wallover on a trip to San Francisco. “It wasn’t anything crazy,” Wallover said. “He was on bended knee and everything.”

“That’s my baby girl!” Morgan declared.

Morgan and his first wife, Sabrina, called it quits in 2009.

Britney Spears to Co-Host KIIS-FM’s Wango Tango

Ryan Seacrest announced Monday morning that Britney Spears will be his co-host at the annual music festival in Los Angeles.

Wango Tango, put on by radio station KIIS-FM since 1998, is a day-long concert featuring some of the top artists and celebrities. Brit last performed at the event as her career exploded in 1999, and later co-hosted the show in 2001.

Other artists announced are Ke$ha, Jennifer Lopez, Selena Gomez, Lupe Fiasco, T-Pain and Far East Movement. You can see the rest of the lineup here.

The concert will be held May 14 at the Staples Center.

American Idol host Ryan Seacrest announced Wednesday that Jennifer Lopez and Steven Tyler will be joining AI alum Randy Jackson at the judges’ table next season.

The two singers are replacing former judges Ellen DeGeneres, Kara DioGuardi and Simon Cowell.

“I’m looking for the next Michael Jackson. Like Randy said, [we're looking] for the best American Idol ever. I’m so excited,” Lopez said. “I really am.”

J. Lo will reportedly be earning a $12 million paycheck for judging Idol’s 10th season.

She’s the front-runner on this season of American Idol, but Crystal Bowersox almost didn’t have a chance at becoming crowned the winner.

A few weeks ago, Crystal was ready to leave the competition, saying it was just too much to handle–but leave it to show host, Ryan Seacrest, to save the day!

Ryan has confirmed reports that around two weeks ago he tracked down an emotionally drained and homesick Crystal, and convinced her to see Idol through.

“The greatest thing I ever did was make enough money so I could buy my mom a house,” he reportedly told her. “You can buy your mom a house.”

Bowersox is now just one of six contestants left on the ninth season of American Idol.

Kara DioGuardi Returning to American Idol

American Idol" width="238" height="340" />While the official word on Paula Abdul’s return is still uknown, it has been confirmed that American Idol’s other female judge, Kara DioGuardi, will be coming back for her second season on the hit reality show.

“Her deal is done. There are no ifs, ands or buts,” sources tell E! Online of Kara’s comeback. “Done. She will be back.”

The source added that DioGuardi’s deal is nowhere close to what the other veteran members of AI will be making.

Host Ryan Seacrest recently inked a deal worth $45 million for three more years, while mastermind Simon Cowell was reportedly offered $144 million to stay on.

DioGuardi is set to start shooting auditions for the next season of Idol sometime in the next week or so.

Guess we’ll just have to wait to see if Paula will be joining her at the judges table.

With news circulating that the American Idol judge may not be returning next season, Simon Cowell and Ryan Seacrest are putting in their two cents, and it seems like they want the show to go on–with Paula!

She’ll be fine. She’ll be on the show,” fellow judge, Simon Cowell, told Extra. “I don’t get a lot of say. I’ve just made it clear that I want Paula on the show. Full stop.”

And host Ryan Seacrest, who just signed a 3-year, $45 million contract also chimed in.

“I think as far as I know you’ll see everybody back,” he told Extra. “I hope so.”

Word has it that Paula has not been offered a contract for what would be her ninth season as a judge on the hit FOX reality show.

Ryan Seacrest has just become the richest host on reality TV.

The American Idol star has just closed on a new contract, tripling his current salary to a whopping $45 million over three years, according to The Hollywood Reporter.

Seacrest, 34, will work exclusively with CKX, the parent company to Idol producers, 19 Entertainment.

Best of all for Ryan, he will still be able to maintain his work for various cable companies.

Currently he serves as the host of E! Entertainment and produces Keeping Up With the Kardashians, as well as an upcoming Jamie Oliver reality series for ABC.

“Seacrest out” of money anytime soon? We don’t think so.
