Spencer Pratt can’t seem to stay out of trouble anywhere.

The reality villain was arrested at in airport in Costa Rica over the weekend for felony possession of a firearm, according to documents obtained by TMZ.

Pratt was stopped while trying to board a plane back to the U.S., and was cited and later released.

The documents reportedly contain words in Spanish translating to “guilty,” “charged” and “prosecution.”

Heidi Montag was also listed as Pratt’s wife in the documents, despite rumors that the reality couple had filed for divorce last month.

As if the sex tape drama with Spencer Pratt weren’t enough, Heidi Montag tells Life & Style she feels trapped in her own body and wants her huge, G-cup implants gone!

Reality villain Spencer Pratt is taking another stab at Heidi Montag, claiming he has a copy of yet another sex tape of his ex.

Pratt tells TMZ that when he was picking up his belongings from the Malibu home he once shared with Montag, he found the new sex tape, which features Playboy playmate Karissa Shannon.

Shannon, who happens to be a friend of Montag’s,  tells the website a tape of her and her pal does exist, but she doesn’t believe Spencer actually has a copy.

The new girl-on-girl footage is now the third sex tape of Heidi to surface over the weekend. The first two reportedly feature Spencer, one with a pre-surgery Montag, and the other filmed after her infamous 10 cosmetic operations.

The former Hills stars both took to their Twitter accounts over the weekend to have a nasty war of words over the alleged tapes. Heidi vented about how “sucky” her ex is; Spencer fired back by saying she “needs to grow up.”

The reality star filed for legal separation from her husband, Spencer Pratt at a Santa Monica courthouse on Tuesday, listing irreconcilable differences as the reason for the split.

Heidi and Spencer have raised eyebrows over the last few weeks with news of their separation being questioned as a publicity stunt.

Montag, 24, did not file for divorce–the legal separation would mean Heidi’s earnings would be hers alone.

Heidi and Spencer married in April 0f 2009.
