CelebTV catches up with the stars of Ron Howard’s new buddy flick, The Dilemma, starring Vince Vaughn and Kevin James.

Gwyneth Paltrow attempts to get “real” and doles out some advice for anyone who has a mean girl on her hands.

“Back in the day, I had a ‘frenemy’ who, as it turned out, was pretty hell-bent on taking me down,” she professes her latest GOOP newsletter.

“This person really did what they could to hurt me. I was deeply upset, I was angry, I was all of those things you feel when you find out that someone you thought you liked was venomous and dangerous.

“I restrained myself from fighting back. I tried to take the high road.” (Of course you did, Gwynnie.)

“But one day I heard that something unfortunate and humiliating had happened to this person. And my reaction was deep relief and…happiness.”

Hmmm…sounds like Paltrow may  be talking about her former BFF Winona Ryder, who was arrested for shoplifting back in ’01.

The two were attached at the hip until Gwyneth reportedly stole her Oscar-winning Shakespeare in Love role from Winona.

Gwyneth rides along on her high horse, saying, “So, why does it feel so good to hear something bad about someone you don’t like? Or someone you DO like? Or someone you don’t KNOW?”

And of course, no GOOP letter would be complete without some inspiring words from Ms. Paltrow, who ends her post:

“Here’s to washing our mouth’s out with soap.” Indeed.

Winona Ryder is doing “fine” after being hospitalized for feeling sick during a flight from LAX to London’s Heathrow Airport.

A rep for Ryder tells CelebTV.com:

“She was on a flight and fell ill during the flight. She felt good by the time they landed, but as a precautionary measure they did take her to a hospital.

“She’s doing fine”.

Winona, 37, was at the hospital for about an hour and was released in very good health, her rep added, without divulging any details about Ryder’s illness.

The flight landed as scheduled in London.
