Whitney Houston’s cause of death has just been revealed. While the L.A. County Coroner’s office determined the signer actually died from accidental drowning, the toxicology report truly holds the key to solving the mystery of her sudden death in the bathtub of her room at the Beverly Hilton Hotel on February 11.

The report states that cocaine was found in Whitney’s system, and that the effects of drug use and heart disease were the contributing factors in her death. The coroner also found marijuana, Xanax, Benadryl and other medications in her system, but not in alarming amounts. A final report is expected in about two weeks.

GREAT timing, pal.

Less than a day after promoters announced Britney Spears’ North American tour with Enrique Iglesias sharing the bill, the Grammy-winning  Spanish star has ditched the gig.

Details are still spotty, but Billboard suggests that the tour may have expected too much from Iglesias.  Rather than being booked as just an opening act, the singer was signed up to put on a full production that would make the show a lot more expensive.

Iglesias is currently on tour in Europe.
