All good things must come to an end and even Gossip Girl is no exception.
The CW network has confirmed it’s hit show is going to film it’s sixth and final season after five years on the air.
The last season will air in the Fall with only eleven episodes wrapping up the story line.
You’re probably wondering the same thing as us… will the real Gossip Girl finally be revealed? Only time will tell!

Leighton Meester graces the cover of April’s Marie Claire and although she plays a rich Upper East Sider of New York City on Gossip Girl, her childhood was anything but glamorous.
The actress talks to the mag about her broken home and her parents time behind bars saying, “”My family has a crazy history, probably the craziest I’ve heard of.” But that never derailed her dream of making it big.
Before landing her hit role on Gossip Girl, Leighton worked as a model and an actress in commercials while moving to different cities.
The 25-year-old also chatted about relationships saying that having a boyfriend is not the most important thing. She said, “The only time a relationship is good is when you really love them. I don’t want to hang out with some guy I just like.”
Considering her busy schedule, it might be better for Leighton to be single. In addition to filming GG, Leighton’s new movie That’s My Boy is due out this Summer.
