Lindsay Lohan may have been sending the judge a message in the courtroom with an expletive written across her manicured fingernail.

Just yesterday, Lindsay Lohan was sentenced to 90-days behind bars for violating her probation, but it looks like Lilo may actually luck out and skip outta jail early!

A spokesman from the Los Angeles Sherriff’s Department tells Access Hollywood that generally, non-violent females are eligible to serve only 25 percent of their sentence because of jail overcrowding–in Lindsay’s case that amounts to about 22 days.

After the judge’s harsh ruling Tuesday, it remains unclear as to whether or not Lohan will be allowed to finish her sentence early.

Lindsay is requred to report to the Century Regional Detention Facility in Lynwood, CA.,  by July 20, and will be held in seclusion.

The actress must also complete a 90-day in-patient rehab program after reporting to jail.

At a probation hearing Tuesday stemming from her 2007 DUI arrest, Lindsay Lohan looked dazed and confused to be sentenced to 90 days in jail.

Afshan Azad’s father and brother have been charged with threatening to kill her. The Harry Potter star, who plays Padma Patil, was allegedly attacked on May 21.
