After Tweeting about feeling under the weather for over a week, Nicole Richie has checked herself into a Los Angeles hospital.
“Nicole has checked into Ceders Sinai where she is being treated for pneumonia. She is doing well,” a rep for the star tells Us Weekly.
On Nov. 10, Richie missed a scheduled appearance at Bebe where she was set to launch her House of Harlow jewelry line.
“Ok cold, it’s been 6 days. Lets part ways graciously & keep it moving,” Nicole tweeted on Sunday.

Bruce Springsteen’s cousin and road manager, Lenny Sullivan, was found dead Monday in a Kansas City hotel room, not long before Bruce Springsteen and the E Street Band were scheduled to take the stage.
“Lenny Sullivan, Bruce’s cousin and the assistant road manager of the E Street Band for the last 10 years, passed away today at the age of 36,” a statement on the singer’s website read.
“A warm and sensitive person, he was beloved by Bruce, the Band, the crew, and the entire Thrill Hill family.”
Kansas City police are currently investigating Sullivan’s death, but they do not believe anything to be suspicious.
The band has promised to refund all tickets from Monday night’s show. Bruce and the band are still currently scheduled to at perform at the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame Concert Thursday night at Madison Square Garden.

Nicole Richie has been taken to a Los Angeles hospital after being rear-ended by paparazzi, People magazine reports.
“Ms. Richie was driving with a passenger around 2 p.m. when she was struck by two photographers driving in one vehicle behind her,” Beverly Hills police tell the mag.
“She complained of pain, and her passenger is transporting her to a local hospital. Her car sustained moderate damage. No paramedics were called to the scene.”
The unnamed driver is being taken into police custody, and being booked for driving without a license, police added.
“He’s being physically brought into the station. This will likely be a misdemeanor traffic violation, and the photographer’s vehicle will be towed.”
Nicole’s two children, Harlow and Sparrow were not in the car at the time of the accident.
