It’s that time of year to start making your plans for New Year’s Eve and your 2012 resolutions. We caught up with some of your favorite celebs to find out how Hollywood plans to party when the clock strikes midnight in 2012.

Jackie: I try to stay up till midnight…so I take naps and then we go out and bang pans and pots.
And some celebs are already thinking about their New Year’s resolutions, but NOT Taio Cruz who’ll be ringin the new year on Dick Clark’s New Year’s Rockin’ Eve…

“I never make a resolution..I just want to work harder…”
JR Martinez:
“I have a lot going on- I really want to enjoy the aftermath and winning DWTS and find ways to become an advocate I’m passionate about.”
“I want to be more charitable …and I want to stop biting my nails.”
“2012 is gonna be the best year of my life…I really think so- and I want to get more fishing in.”
Sounds good- and congrats again to JR who’ll be welcoming in a new baby in 2012! So – what is your NY resolution?

And both rocked a crop bob with bangs.
Florence Welch’s red hair looked stunning against her cream beaded gown.
But not ever diva hit a fashion high note. Dolly Parton – we love you…but can we chat about this dress?
We just don’t get it! Is it even a dress? Or a top? This look would work much better on Dancing With The Stars, doncha think?
But don’t worry Dolly- you’ll always be one of our favorite Divas!
We can only hope this week’s fashion fails, were just too busy planning their holiday party attire to focus on what they were wearing when they left the house…and unfortunately that landed them on our list of this week’s fashion fails
When you’re Charlize Theron- it’s tough-if not impossible- to ever look bad..
But when we spotted her on the red carpet at the premiere of her movie, Young Adult, we did a double take- and not in a good way.
The Stella McCartney one–shouldered dress starts off ok on the top but then it just gets confusing – navy satin in the middle and rumpled white skirt with a bad hem job on the bottom. We just don’t get it.
Sorry- Ms. Theron- but you’re a rare fail!
Katy Perry debuted a new ‘do this week- which we ADORE. But we really wish she would have worn something cute to match it at a launch for her new fragrance, Meow!
We’re not fans of this black and pink satin number. It just pulls in all the wrong places…and that oversize black bow? Maybe in another life…
She just broke up with her boyfriend so we imagine Katie Couric hasn’t been focusing on wardrobe this week.
