T.I. is heading back to the big house after only one day on the outside.

The Grammy-winning rapper is back in federal custody due to an “issue” with the method of transportation he used after being released from jail and sent to a halfway house in Atlanta earlier this week.

Officials apparently found a problem with the luxury tour bus the rapper used to travel back to Georgia. Inmates in transit are required to notify the prison about what exact mode of transportation they’ll be using, and T.I. reportedly said he’d be traveling in an SUV vs. the luxury ride he actually used.

“We are awaiting the opportunity to quickly resolve whatever the issue may be that the Federal Bureau of Prisons has with T.I.’s method of transportation, bus, from Arksansas to Atlanta, so that T.I. can return to the halfway house to complete the remaining days of his sentence,” his attorney tells E! News.

T.I. is now scheduled to be released Sept. 29.
