Quinton Aaron -- who plays NFL star Michael Oher in The Blind Side with Sandra Bullock -- tells CelebTV.com’s Kelli Zink he was a geek in high school.

Newcomer to the Hollywood scene, Quinton Aaron scored big when he landed the role of Michael Oher in one of 2009′s biggest flicks, The Blind Side.

CelebTV.com’s Kelli Zink caught up with Quinton to talk about playing “Big Mike,” and being part of a movie nominated for Best Picture at the Academy Awards.

“I knew it [life] was going to change, but I wasn’t really prepared for the way it was gonna change,” Aaron said of hearing the news he had been cast in the movie.

“I knew I had to prepare for the role both mentally and physically, like I had to look like a football player. If you had told me I was going to lose 100 lbs. in three months, I would have laughed.”
