Britney Spears’ Pussycat Dolls Cameo Scrapped

Bad news for Britney Spears fans who were waiting to catch a glimpse of the pop star looking “hot and blond” in her Pussycat Dolls cameo—Brit’s guest spot in the new video has been scrapped.
Spears, 26, filmed a small part for “When I Grow Up,” the first single from the Dolls’ upcoming album last week in L.A., but her cameo didn’t make the final video cut, as first reported by MTV.com.
The Dolls’ manager, Jeff Hadead, tells CelebTV.com, “People try things in videos. Some things work and some things don’t. Watch the video tomorrow and you’ll understand.”
In the quick spot she shot, Spears was shown driving a car and waving to the Dolls as she and the girl group pass in traffic.
The video for “When I Grow Up” premieres on FNMTV Friday night.
