Actress Ana Ortiz is expecting her first baby with her musician hubby.

Ortiz, 37, plays Betty Suarez’s older sister on Ugly Betty. Her husband Noah Lebenzon, guitarist for the band Half Life, are expecting their first child at the end of July, People reports.

“They are thrilled and ecstatic,” a friend of the couple tells the mag. “They can’t wait to be parents.”

Lisa Bonet has a new little one with a big name.

The Cosby Show alum (who changed her name to Lilakoi Moon in 1995) gave birth to a son named Nakoa-Wolf Manakauapo Namakaeha Momoa. Whew!

The actress, 41, has a 20-year-old daughter, Zoe, with ex-hubby Lenny Kravitz and a 20-month-old daughter, Lola, with boyfriend Jason Momoa.

Momoa stars in the sci-fi TV show Stargate: Atlantis. The fan forum on his official site gives this explanation for the baby’s name:

“He was born on the stormiest, rainy night. So Nakoa(warrior)…Mana(strength/spirit) Kaua(rain) po(dark)…The name was always going to be Nakoa-Wolf, but Jason did the research on first middle name, 2nd middle name as you know is Jason’s.”

Bonet currently stars on ABC’s Life on Mars.

Victoria’s Secret supermodel Karolina Kurkova got slammed last summer for looking a little fuller-figured than usual.

The blond bombshell strutted down the catwalk in a skimpy bikini during Sao Paulo Fashion Week and was blasted by the Brazilian media for having “cellulite and love handles.”

Although Kurkova can hardly be considered fat, there’s reportedly a medical reason her visible weight gain: The 24-year-old suffers from hyperthyroidism, a thyroid disorder that can slow down the body’s metabolism, according to Fox News. (Oprah Winfrey–who recently packed on 40 lbs.–revealed last year that she suffers from hypothyroidism.)

Kurkova went on a crash diet, cutting out all carbs and working out for hours in preparation for last November’s Victoria Secret lingerie show in Miami.

Even then, a pal tells the website, “She was exhausted and didn’t get down to where she wanted to be.”

Kurkova has a lot of motivation to maintain her super-hot bod: According to Forbes, she’s the eighth highest-paid supermodel in the world.

Twilight fans can rest assured: Taylor Lautner is ready to howl again in the vampire flick’s sequel, New Moon.

The 16-year-old will reprise his role as werewolf Jacob Black, the movie’s director Chris Weitz has confirmed.

“I’m very happy to announce that Taylor Lautner will be playing Jacob Black in New Moon,” Weitz said in a posting on Twilight author Stephenie Meyer’s website.

In New Moon, Lautner’s character will age 10 years—and grow a foot—which left rapid fans worried about the teen’s return.

Lautner recently revealed to MTV News that he’d been hitting the gym to bulk up in the hopes of scoring the part again.

New Moon hits theatres on Nov. 20.
