Source: Sarah Jessica Parker Had Mole Removal Surgery

Yep, it’s gone.

Sarah Jessica Parker had her trademark mole removed, a source close to the actress tells CelebTV.com exclusively.

“Yes, she had the mole removed,” says the source. “It was not for medical reasons.”

At Tuesday night’s All-Star game, SJP—a rabid baseball fan—hit the field beforehand with an announcement about cancer research.

It was there that the Sex and the City star was snapped by photographers (see photo at right), without the usual mole on the right side of her chin.
