Rep: Amy Winehouse Is Not Going to Rehab

Amy Winehouse is not heading to rehab, her rep told CelebTV.com Wednesday.
Although reports suggested she was entering a rehab facility close to her husband, Blake Fielder-Civil, her rep says that’s just not true.
“Those reports are not accurate,” insists Winehouse’s rep.
UK’s The Sun said comedian and actor Russell Brand heard the singer wanted to move closer to her husband’s countryside jail, and suggested a rehab center close to the jail.
But Winehouse’s rep said, “No, moving will not give her more access to him [Blake Fielder-Civil].”
According to the report, the Forgetting Sarah Marshall star contacted a small rehab clinic—where he spent time for his own addictions—and asked if Winehouse could spend time there.
The rehab clinic, Focus 12, agreed to help the troubled singer, and contacted her.
Winehouse’s father, Mitch, told the paper. “This is a very good idea. If she can get clean and still see Blake it can only be good.”
