With the return of 90210 to the CW, die-hard fans of the ‘90’s soap finally got an on-screen reunion between Jennie Garth and Shannen Doherty.
Now, it looks like the missing piece of the puzzle–Tori Spelling–may finally be returning to her old zip code.
A rep for 90210 confirms to EW.com that Spelling is in “final negotiations” to return to Beverly Hills to pick up her role as good-girl Donna Martin.
Spelling is rumored to be closing the deal any day, and will likely make a comeback for multiple episodes, the website reports.
So why is there yet to be a Donna Martin sighting in the halls of West Beverly High?
Spelling, whose father Aaron created the original series, reportedly refused to work alongside former co-star and real-life frenemy Shannen Doherty, who reprised her role as Brenda Walsh for several episodes this season.
Unfortunately for longtime 90210 fans, it doesn’t look like there will be any Donna/Brenda catfights in the near future—Doherty has already finished shooting her episodes for the season.
