Barack Obama Girls Don’t Like Britney Spears or Paris Hilton

Barack Obama is relieved to know his girls have little interest in Paris Hilton or Britney Spears.
The Presidential hopeful told Marie Claire‘s August issues that his daughters don’t have much respect for Paris Hilton and Britney Spears, to whom Obama was recently compared to in a Republican ad.
“I think we’ve done a pretty good job. Malia and Sasha are very down on Britney Spears and Paris Hilton. Malia is the first one to change [the channel] if something suddenly comes on that she thinks is inappropriate.”
As for teen queen Miley Cyrus, daughter Malia is a big fan.
“She’s a big fan of Hannah Montana,” Obama says. “And when Miley Cyrus had that picture in Vanity Fair [holding a sheet to her chest], she just offered this very sensible opinion. She said, “Well, she seems like a good person. Her family seems to love her. Everybody makes mistakes, so I hope that people won’t judge her for just this one picture.”
Of course, the Obama’s want to make sure there daughters are making good decisions. However, he insists, “Michelle and I aren’t prudes, and Michelle has frank conversations with the girls.”
The issue is currently on newsstands.
