A follow-up from the comedian behind the cult hit Borat hits theaters on May 15, 2009, according to the Hollywood Reporter.
Bruno will be based on an Australian fashionista character from Cohen’s former HBO series, Da Ali G Show
.
Borat, which opened in November 2006, went on to gross $128.5 million domestically.
