CelebTV.com has confirmed through a source at Finalpixx that Britney Spears and paparazzo Adnan Ghalib, 35, have been getting close in recent weeks. Our source said, "I know, but I can't say." However the source would confirm Ghalib is currently employed by the photo agency.
The singer and pap have been seen going in and out of hotels both day and night since late December.
Ghalib was interviewed on 20/20 before being linked to Spears, as one of many photographers who follow the pop star.
"I think, God's honest truth, I think she's a great person. I really do," Ghalib said. "She's young. ... She's never made the best choices in friends, even her relationships."
No one is commenting whether the two are a couple, but they were photographed holding hands, then disappeared inside a hotel. Ghalib said they were just having lunch, but the clock read 4 a.m. Not the typical lunch hour, but Spears isn't the typical celebrity.
Ghalib said Spears is a favorite of the paparazzi because you never know what to expect.
"She'll get in a car, you think she's going to get coffee, she'll drive to Vegas," Ghalib said. "Or ... she'll go to the airport, she'll fly to Cabo for two days. So, she is lucrative in that sense."
Ghalib said there would be "at least 30" cars following her wherever she goes. "That's going to cause problems."
And those problems could be Ghalib's as he will find himself on the other side of the lens if the rumors of him and Spears turn out to be true.
