BRITNEY MINUTE ORDER
October 29, 2007
Court documents obtained by CelebTV.com confirm Britney Spears' deposition in her ongoing custody battle will not be videotaped.
According to the minute order from Friday's hearing, L.A. County Commissioner Scott Gordon rejected a request from Kevin Federline's lawyer, Mark Kaplan Vincent, to tape Spears' as-yet-unscheduled deposition.
Kaplan had argued for the taping, saying how Spears speaks is as important as what she says. But the commissioner sided with Spears' lawyer, who argued that a potential leak of such a video could cause "undue embarrassment" for the singer.
