Britney Spears And Neil Patrick Harris on “HIMYM” Set

Britney Spears will reprise her role on May 12 as a bubbly secretary on the CBS sitcom How I Met Your Mother.
“We’re all so thrilled to have Britney joining us once again,” series executive producer and co-creator Craig Thomas said in a statement last month.
Rumors circulated that Neil Patrick Harris was not a fan of the pop singer making a guest appearance on his show. He told reporters he didn’t think the show needed to resort to “stunt casting” to get ratings.
However, in this photo from CBS website, the pair appear to be working together in harmony.
Spears’ appearance in the March 24 episode earned her good reviews and boosted the show’s viewership to 10.6 million, in comparison to the 9.6 million who had tuned in the previous week.
