Britney Spears Celebrates Baby Shower with Jamie Lynn

Britney Spears was back in her hometown of Kentwood, La, this weekend, a source confirmed to CelebTV.com.
The pop star returned to her hometown to celebrate her sister Jamie Lynn Spears’ baby shower.
According to People magazine, about 30 guests were invited to Kentwood for a ladies-only, catered celebration for the 17-year-old mom-to-be. Guests reportedly dined on down-home favorites like fried chicken and chili. (Spears hadn’t been back to her hometown since her aunt’s funeral early last year.)
“Jamie Lynn opened every gift,” a source told the magazine, adding that mom Lynne and fiancé Casey Aldridge’s mother lent a hand. “We all sat in a circle and she opened gifts and thanked every person. It was just a good old-fashioned baby shower.”
Britney’s father and co-conservator, Jamie Spears, reportedly was also in Kentwood this weekend.
