BRITNEY SPEARS GETS A FLAT TIRE, HITS THE ROAD AGAIN

Britney Spears returned to her Studio City home Monday following her forced hospitalization and weekend getaway with Adnan Ghalib.
And just when the pop star was ready for another adventure, she was slowed down, this time by a flat tire.
Monday evening, Spears, 26, was driving her white Mercedes with her assistant, Carla, and popped a tire in Brentwood after visiting a drug store.
As always, the paparazzi were close behind, so Spears continued to drive with the flat and without her lights on, causing chaos on the LA streets. She was met by police who allowed her to abandon the vehicle on the side of the road.
CelebTV.com spoke with Officer Ricci from the LAPD West L.A. Division and he confirmed "a car belonging to Britney Spears was left on a city street because of a flat tire. The abandoned car was secured and impounded and taken to Quicksilver towing."
CelebTV.com also spoke with Quicksilver employee Jeff Keeler. "The car is still there," he said. "At the moment no one has called about it."
But it wasn't the police who drove her home--it was the paparazzi who had been tailing her.
After arriving home from her paparazzo escort, Spears headed out again.
She drove with her assistant in a Toyota Camry and headed to The Four Seasons in Beverly Hills, where the two reportedly had dinner before moving on to the Peninsula Hotel, where they spent the night.
Staff at the Peninsula were not happy to see Spears, according to OK! magazine.
"She hadn't called ahead, so the Peninsula's security was completely not ready to handle the madness," an eyewitness tells the magazine. After bickering with the front desk staff for about 10 minutes, the singer finally went up to a room, where she turned on the TV so loud it could be heard down the hall, OK! reports.
