Britney Spears Gets OK to Sell Beverly Hills Home

It looks like Britney Spears will be moving out of her Beverly Hills pad soon.
On Tuesday, an L.A. County Superior Court commissioner gave the pop star permission to sell the house, CelebTV.com has confirmed.
Since Spears’ dad, Jamie, controls her financial and personal affairs as co-conservator of her estate, the 26-year-old was required to get the court’s OK before putting her home on the market.
Britney has been “looking like crazy” to buy a new house in an exclusive part of Calabasas, Calif., in the San Fernando Valley, TMZ reports.
