BRITNEY SPEARS WILL GUEST-STAR IN SITCOM

Britney Spears will apparently be brushing up on her acting skills soon.
The pop star has scored a small guest spot on the CBS show "How I Met Your Mother," as first reported by Pink is the New Blog.
Britney showed up at the FOX Studios lot on Monday with only her agent for a read-through and was "really funny" and "very professional," according to the website.
Spears' agent reportedly made the deal with producers on the sitcom, while her father and current co-conservator, Jamie Spears, signed off on the short-term project.
