BRIT’S ATTORNEY EXCLUSIVE: SPEARS WILL TURN HERSELF IN
October 09, 2007 In an exclusive interview with CelebTV.com, Britney Spears' attorney says the singer plans to set things right following her Aug. 26 fender-bender with California nurse Kim Robard-Rifkin.
"The judge ordered today in court that Britney must go to any L.A. police station for fingerprints and mug shots before Oct. 25," Michael J. Flanagan tells CelebTV.com. "She will do that, but I don't know when."
On Tuesday, Los Angeles County Commissioner Rebecca Omens ordered Spears to be booked for the August hit-and-run in a Studio City parking lot. She also set the next court date in the case for Oct. 25.
Flanagan also tells CelebTV.com Spears plans to pay for any damages stemming from the accident: "Britney wants to make sure she is compensated for any damages [she] may have and would like to figure out what those damages are."
