In an exclusive interview with CelebTV.com, Britney Spears' attorney is clearing up some recent rumors about the singer.

According to a Monday court ruling, Spears' ex-husband, Kevin Federline, has full temporary custody of Sean Preston, 2, and Jayden James, 1.

But Spears' lawyer, Sorrell Trope, says it's unlikely  Britney will permanently lose custody of her two young sons. "I don't think that's a possibility at this time," he tells CelebTV.com. "If she complies with the court, I think everything will go back to the way it was before."

As for reports the singer will be entering rehab again soon, Trope says, "I have no knowledge at all of her going into rehab."
