CelebTV.com is the first to obtain a restraining order filed against Sam Lutfi by a former neighbor.
According to court papers, Osama "Sam" Lutfi was slapped with a restraining order in 2004 after Douglas Mark Snoland claimed he kicked down the door to his condo.
In his petition for a restraining order, Snoland claimed that on Sept. 6, 2004, at about 9:30 p.m., Lutfi knocked on his door then began "trying to kick the door in, pounding on kitchen window and yelling verbal threats of bodily harm against plaintiff and plaintiff's mother who also resides in unit."
Snoland alleged Lutfi came back about 15 minutes later and continued to try to kick the door in, pound on the window and yell verbal threats.
Lutfi said in a written response that Snoland "was upset that he was voted off the board of the property association" and that Lutfi was named president of the board. He further claimed Snoland had Lutfi's friend's car towed from the condo parking lot "in retaliation."
Lutfi also conceded that he knocked on Snoland's door to ask about the towing but that Snoland "was never threatened, in danger or in fear for his safety."
In a written statement, Snoland says the 5'6" Lutfi menaced him, and said "I will beat your ass the next time I see you" and calling his mother "a f*** old hag."
Police ordered Lutfi to say at least 100 yards away from Snoland outside of condo property and 15 yards away from Snoland and his mother while on the complex.
According to recent reports, two other restraining orders were filed against Lutfi in California in the past, including one from former friend Danny Haines, who claims Lutfi once told him he should kill himself.
