DETAILS OF BRIT AND K-FED CUSTODY RULING
October 03, 2007 CelebTV.com has obtained the detailed court order from Wednesday's custody hearing in the ongoing post-divorce battle between Britney Spears and Kevin Federline.
According to the documents, L.A. Superior Court Commissioner Scott Gordon ruled on Oct. 3 that Federline will retain full physical custody of the couple's two young sons for now and that "all visitation with the Petitioner [Spears] shall be in the presence of a monitor."
The court-appointed monitor "shall terminate visitation immediately if any conduct or action by the Petitioner endangers the minor children."
The court papers reititerate a previous mandate for random drug and alcohol tests for Spears, afer ruling on Sept. 17 that the singer is a "habitual, frequent, and continuous use of controlled substances and alcohol."
According to the new ruling, Spears must also complete at least three sessions of previously ordered individual counseling sessions before the next court date, scheduled for Oct. 26.
For Wednesday's hearing, Federline appeared, but Spears was a no-show.
Both Spears and Federline were ordered to personally appear at the Oct. 26 hearing.
