DREW CAREY ENGAGED

October 11, 2007 Drew Carey and Nicole Jaracz are engaged to be married, the comedian's rep confirms to CelebTV.com.

Carey proposed to Jaracz, a recent culinary school graduate, on Tuesday, Oct. 9.

"It will be the first marriage for both," Carey's publicist Christina Papadopoulos said in a statement. "They are both very happy and excited about their future together."

On Oct. 15, Carey, 49, will begin his new stint as host of the CBS game show, The Price is Right.
