EXCLUSIVE: PAMELA HASSELHOFF SUES THE COURT
August 28, 2007 Pamela Hasselhoff has slapped the county court of Los Angeles with a lawsuit. In court documents filed Tuesday and first obtained by CelebTV.com, the ex-wife of actor David Hasselhoff claims she shouldn't have to be booked by authorities for an alleged hit and run accident.
Hasselhoff, who is also in the midst of an ongoing custody battle with her famous husband, claims the booking is unnecessary because she has never been arrested or cited previously and was expecting to resolve the matter with the other party involved in the accident through civil means. The case is set to be heard on Wednesday. High profile attorney Mark Geragos, who represented both Scott Peterson and Michael Jackson in recent years, is acting as Hasselhoff's attorney in this lawsuit.
