Actor Gary Dourdan has been charged with three counts of felony drug possession, prosecutors announced Wednesday.

Dourdan was arrested in Palm Springs April 28 after a patrol officer from the Palm Springs Police Department found the 41-year-old actor (real name: Robert Gary Durdin) inside a car parked on the wrong side of the street at 5:21 a.m. Dourdan was in the driver’s seat, authorities told CelebTV.com, and appeared to be sleeping.
The officer who discovered Dourdan found suspected cocaine, heroin, Ecstacy, prescription drugs and paraphernalia on the actor.
The actor was taken to Palm Springs Jail, booked and released on $5,000 bail at about 10:30 a.m. on Monday.
