K-FED KEEPS KIDS FOR NOW
October 03, 2007
If Britney Spears has any hope of regaining custody of her two young sons, she'll have to wait.
CelebTV.com has learned that a judge in Wednesday's custody hearing at Los Angeles Superior Court did not change its earlier ruling, which granted Spears' ex-husband, Kevin Federline, full temporary custody of their toddler sons.
On Wednesday, the court also put additional stipulations (specified in sealed documents, since the case involves minors) on what Britney must do in order to comply with the court's orders.
Federline spent over three hours in the closed-door hearing in his ongoing battle over the couple's two children. Spears was not present.
Sporting a dark blue suit, sunglasses and -- oddly enough -- a pirate patch over his right eye, Kevin Federline was joined by his attorney, Mark Vincent Kaplan, who explained the patch vaguely by saying K-Fed told him he had hurt his eye.
The next hearing in the case is set for Oct. 26.
