K-FED’S LAWYER TO SUBPOENA TAPE
November 12, 2007
Last week, Britney Spears was caught on video as she ran a red light with her two young boys in the backseat of her car. Now, ex Kevin Federline's lawyer Michael Vincent Kaplan informed TMZ that he will subpoena the videotape of Spears running a red light.
Kaplan wants the tape for an unscheduled court appearance on Wednesday, according to TMZ.
Spears' lawyer Michael Flanagan told CelebTV.com last week: "I really don't think this [the videotape] will be an issue, lots of people run red lights. I've never heard of a case being filed on the basis of a videotape."
Kaplan has already asked the judge to prohibit Spears from driving with the kids in the car. Commissioner Scott Gordon is set to rule on that motion on November 26.
