KIEFER SUTHERLAND TO BE RELEASED FROM JAIL MONDAY

Glendale Police Officer Lorenz told CelebTV.com Kiefer Sutherland will be released from jail on Monday.
Sutherland was serving time from DUI charges in October. He had four DUI counts prior to this most recent arrest.
Judge Stuart M. Rice sentenced the 24 star to 48 days in jail at Glendale City Jail, a private facility.
He ordered the actor to participate in the jail's inmate worker program -- reportedly on kitchen and laundry detail -- and to serve his full term, "without early release and without credit for good time or work time."
