Lindsay Lohan Wants Car Chase Victim to Show Financial Records

Lindsay Lohan wants a woman who sued her over a car chase to cough up her financial records, according to documents first obtained by CelebTV.com.
Tracie Rice, a passenger in the car Lohan infamously chased with her SUV last July, subsequently sued the actress for negligence and intentional infliction of emotional distress.
Rice claimed in court papers the car chase caused her emotional trauma and left her with thousands of dollars in medical bills and no job.
In newly released court documents filed on April 28, Lohan asks the court to compel Rice to produce financial records “because the amount Plaintiff made prior to 2007 may be much less than what she made in 2007.”
Rice claims she lost her job at a home decorating store, as well as two events for her catering company, and that she will lose future income because of the accident, according to court papers.
Following the chase last July, Lohan was arrested on charges of DUI and cocaine possession.
