LOHAN SPEAKS AFTER REHAB
October 09, 2007
After leaving a Utah rehab facility last Friday, Lindsay Lohan is speaking out about her healing period.
"It was a sobering experience," Lindsay Lohan, perhaps not realizing the pun, reveals to OK! magazine in the latest issue.
"It made me look at myself and all the people, places and things in my life in a different way."
Lindsay, who reunited with her estranged father Michael in rehab, relocated back to her home in L.A. The actress with a reputation for partying said, "I'm going back to shoot Dare to Love Me, but I plan on returning to Utah so I can stay focused and avoid other distractions."
Why would she return to Utah? Perhaps to avoid the constant partying of Hollywood. "Tempation is always there," the 21-year-old actress admits, adding, "But now I'll avoid it the right way."
Lindsay admits, "Everything in my life came to a point where I had to make a decision." Her DUI and cocaine possession arrest may have been the turning point. "I hit rock bottom," she confesses.
In an attempt to move forward with her life, Lohan says, "I'm here to stay. My talent is a gift and I'm going to use it."
