REPORT: IDOL FINALIST PREGNANT

December 21, 2007 Former American Idol contestant, Jessica Sierra, is in jail and pregnant, according to TMZ.

A source confirmed to the website that the father is a rap artist.

Sierra is currently facing two misdemeanor charges of disorderly intoxication and obstructing or opposing an officer and two felony counts of possession of cocaine and battery.

Just last month the Idol finalist plead guilty charges, agreeing to a term of 12 months probation.

Sierra will appear on VH1's Celebrity Rehab in January.
