SPEARS’ CUSTODY HEARING MINUTE ORDER

According to documents from L.A. Superior Court, the emergency court hearing on Thursday -- which Spears (Petitioner) requested in order to expand visitation with her kids to include overnight visits -- was resolved not by a judge, but by an agreement among the exes' attorneys.
Attorneys for Spears and Federline struck a compromise, under which Spears will be allowed one supervised sleepover a week with her sons.
"Pursuant to the agreement of counsel, the Court expands the Petitioner's visitation with the minor children to include one monitored overnight visit each week," the documents read. "The specific dates and times are to be as agreed upon by the parties."
The next hearing in the custody case is set for Oct. 26 at 8:30 a.m.
