Celine Dion’s husband René Angélil says the singer’s latest attempts at IVF were unsuccessful and she is not pregnant, as they thought. But the couple hopes to try for baby #2 in the future.

AFTER CELINE UNDERWENT IVF PROCEDURES LAST AUGUST, SHE AND HER DOCTOR BELIEVED THE PROCEDURE HAD BEEN SUCCESSFUL. BUT NOW CELINE’S HUSBAND, RENE ANGELIL, TELLS A CANADIAN PAPER THAT THE COUPLE FOUND OUT DAYS LATER THAT CELINE WAS NEVER PREGNANT..HE ADMITS CELINE UNDERWENT IVF AGAIN LAST MONTH AND AGAIN, THE PROCEDURE WAS UNSUCCESSFUL. RENEE SAYS COUPLE IS NOT DISCOURAGED, KNOWING THE PROCESS CAN BE A LONG AND DIFFICULT ROAD. HE SAYS HE AND CELINE CONSIDER THEMSELVES PRIVILEDGED TO HAVE THEIR 8, 9 YEAR OLD SON RENE-CHARLES AND THEY WILL TRY AGAIN IN THE FUTURE.
