Former first daughter Chelsea Clinton is ready to say “I do!”
President Bill Clinton and Secretary of State Hillary Rodham Clinton’s only child is engaged to her longtime boyfriend, Marc Mezvinsky, People magazine confirms.
Both Chelsea, 29 and Marc, 31, attended Standford University.
On Friday the newly engaged couple sent out an email to friends and family reading, “We’re sorry for the mass email but we wanted to wish everyone a belated Happy Thanksgiving! We also wanted to share that we are engaged! We didn’t get married this past summer despite the stories to the contrary, but we are looking toward next summer and hope you all will be there to celebrate with us. Happy Holidays! Chelsea & Marc.”
No word yet on when and where the two will wed.
